I am going to leave the other issues up here.
The commission seemed divided on this issue and the
vote, despite it’s seeming confusion made sense, (it keeps things as they have been and forces the State to make a
change than could be fought).
I think our next issue must be the communication
problems with the City of Shawnee’s elected officials.
Communication should be documented, and archived!
There is already precedent demonstrating that emails are documents,
(logic
follows that they can be subject to FOI request).
The next question is:
“Can the current personal email of the Shawnee mayor
and Commission be subject to said request?”
Why not send ‘em an email and ask?
…and who left this d*** website open in the first
place, anyway…..?
